Climate: Lying close to the equator, Colombia can be visited year-round, although its Caribbean coast is sometimes – not always - affected in the hurricane season (particularly August & September). In the mountainous regions, the temperatures can bee much cooler, still warm in the day, but very chilly in the evenings.
